FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT
Experienced Food & Beverage Management for your team and top clients.
One point of contact for everything your guests will eat and drink. We source and coordinate the catering, bar service, and service staff your event calls for, along with any other food and beverage needs along the way. On the day of the event, experienced Black Rabbit hospitality professionals are on site to manage it all, from start to finish.
This tier is designed for organizations with an event on the horizon and without the time or expertise to deliver it at the level they want for their guests. It is booked per event, with no long-term commitment.
TIER 2
corporate event planning
One event, one point of contact, designed and executed from start to finish.
Booked per event, this tier is a single point of contact for a single occasion. We handle venue procurement, catering, decor, AV, keynote speakers, or anything else your event may need, coordinating every partner and detail so your team makes one call instead of a dozen. Tier 1 is built for organizations with an event on the calendar and no internal capacity to run it, with nothing ongoing or long-term commitment required.
TIER 3
event MANAGEMENT partnerSHIP
A one year commitment built around your business and event frequency. Rather than planning a single event, we become your dedicated partner for the full year, managing the run of events as they come up throughout the year. It carries the same hands on planning as Tier 1 & 2, with the addition of monthly touch points and the option to spread the cost into low monthly payments, without the ongoing internal integration or full commitment of an embedded Hospitality Concierge System.

Tier 4 will have the greatest long-term impact on your organization. The Hospitality Concierge System is an ongoing hospitality strategy built into your organization from the inside. Using our network of partners, we design a rhythm of events, experiences, and creative workshops that run year round, every event strengthening the last, building a system that grows more effective over time. It's the only tier where we operate as a standing part of how your organization runs, not a partner brought in for a single event.
